Quartz Microfiber Thimbles

The thimbles are manufactured free of glass fibers and binding agents. They are especially suited for emission monitoring at temperatures of up to 900°C and where ever filters of the highest purity are needed. They have a good retention capacity with a penetration DOP of < 0.002 % - 0.3 µm. The inner diameter, outer length, round bottom and wall thickness are defined according to the norm DIN 12449. They are especially suited for emission/ immission testing at high temperatures, also for the analysis of hot and acidic gases and trace element analysis.
